This being Seattle, the rain will come, and when it does you can retreat to the 1000’s spacious suites, the best of which are on the 12th and 14th floors. The suites’ modern furnishings and amenities (40-inch plasma TVs in the rooms display abstract artworks that alternate throughout the day) complement unobstructed views of Puget Sound. Far below the suites, First Avenue runs parallel to Elliot Bay and through the heart of downtown, a district that Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels calls the city’s front porch.
Unexpected pleasures are standard in every room. Intelligent ambiance controls are customized for every guest. LCD HDTV's and high-speed wireless expedite connectivity 24-7. Art adjusts to individual tastes and even the bathtub looks like a work of art.
Quiet, peace-filled rooms are a staple of Hotel 1000. Electronic do not disturb and housekeeping features keep interruptions to a minimum. An intelligent private bar knows when you are out of your favorite refreshment, and signals staff to replenish while you are away. Our technology is inspired to make your stay pleasurable.
The hotel’s 120 rooms include the 14th-floor Grand Suite, which contains a media room with a 60-inch plasma TV and a surround-sound system, and a formal dining room and a parlor that flank a double-sided fireplace.
